Fantastic service, expert advice, friendly, can-do approach. I needed a copy of a security key, call 24/7 Locksmiths, and Mark actually delivered the key to my apartment within one hour, no call-out charge. I would highly recommend this company.
Apologies for the delay in reviewing, I blame Christmas! Towards the end of 2023 my elderly next-door neighbour returned home from shopping and couldn’t find his key. He’d also lost his only spare key a few days previously. I tried three local locksmiths, none of whom were able to help despite my explaining that my neighbour is 85 years old and locked out of his house on a bitterly cold afternoon. One of them however gave me the number for 247locksmiths. I rang and the number was busy …….. but within a few minutes Mark returned my call (even though I hadn’t left a voicemail message). As soon as I told Mark about my 85 yr old neighbour’s plight, and despite being very busy himself, he said he would be with us in an hour which he was. The lock was not a common type but Mark persevered and managed to get in and fit a recognised new mechanism. My neighbour was very relieved and happy to pay the sum he had quoted. Mark is a really friendly, genuine guy and I will have no hesitation in calling on his skills again if necessary.
Got locked in my place on a bank holiday Sunday but 24/7 Locksmiths answered the phone right away and said he would be there in an hour. He was and managed to sort out the issue in around half an hour. Would recommend to anyone stuck in a similar predicament!
Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Outstanding service! Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Called 247 Locksmiths in the hope that they would be able to come out same day, as my Mum had managed to lock herself out of her home! During the call, I explained the situation to Mark, who was very friendly and said he would be with us within 40 minutes. Work up this morning to find we had been locked inside the house! Front Door was jammed shut, locks wouldn't turn and I had taken the door handle off to try and fix it. Called Mark and he was round within 1hr 30minutes to investigate the problem. 30 seconds after arriving, he knew what the problem was and was down to fixing it. Mark is a very friendly guy who is more than happy to talk you through what he is doing and why! Good experience to learn something about locks. He had all the parts in his van and the problem was fixed. He even cleaned down the door, oiled the internals and fixed an issue I had with the door rattling. Rang 247 Locksmiths after getting locked out of my house. They answered straight away, were with me within 30 minutes and charged a really reasonable price. He managed to pick the lock (which was a very difficult locking mechanism on my composite door) rather than drilling and I was back in my house within the hour! Fantastic job and very pleased! I don't normally write reviews but I have to praise the service we received from Mark at 247Locksmiths. We had been looking to upgrade our locks for a while but a number of local break-ins convinced us now was the time. Mark was able to fit us in before our holiday and we now have the latest and greatest 3* anti-snap locks on all our doors. And, now all our doors work from the same key. Rang 247Locksmiths and they came out straight away. They sorted out a really tough lock super quickly. Would highly recommend and will use again.
We were quoted lots for a new door which we were trying to get to modernise the locks on.. They came, did an assessment showed us our options and did a fantastic job at the fraction of the price of a new door. Update: manufacturing fault on the locks, called the locksmith up and has come and replaced same day, free of charge as under warranty.

Hello I was calling around to speak to different locksmiths for advice and not one of them helped me or gave me any advice which was very disappointing I spoke to Mark on the phone and was very happy and will be asking for more advice in the near future
Without going into great detail, Mark is a man who succeeds where others would not. Facing a situation which he described as one of the most challenging he had seen in his career as a locksmith, he went over and above my expectation to solve the problem. I genuinely believe that had I called anyone other than Mark, I would have faced a hefty bill and probably and incomplete job, which would have meant my house would not have been secure. He's tenacious, honest, fair and a really nice bloke. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
